Director, Digital Media Partnerships :

We’re seeking a Director of Growth Marketing, Digital Media Partnerships who will join a growing team dedicated to building and executing partnerships with leading media networks and digital platforms. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team focused on securing and executing impactful partnerships designed to hit our strategic and operational goals. What you’ll do as a Director, Digital Media Partnerships:

  • Own the strategy development and execution, and associated budget, of DraftKings’ digital media partnerships consisting of the Direct and Targeted/Affiliate Partnerships channels

  • Optimize budget focused on performance marketing campaigns and widgets/digital integrations on web and mobile with various partners for multiple different DK products

  • Lead and develop a team direct and indirect reports, ensuring excellent execution while also fostering an environment focused on career growth

  • Review and negotiate direct deal media plans, agency contracts & management, and affiliate partnerships of different types (CPM, CPA, rev share, etc.)

  • Work with our Strategic Partnerships team on fulfilling digital media funds and assets for League & Team partnerships

  • Foster relationship with Marketing Analytics to conduct campaign & partnership analysis; share learnings cross-functionally

  • In partnership with the Senior Director, define the long term strategic goals of the partnerships team including how to maximize value of relationships, scale the team for success, and create sustaining long term value

  • Develop measurement framework to define success and drive continuous improvement

  • Present results to stakeholders and senior leadership, positively representing Marketing internally and externally 

 What you’ll bring:   

  • Ideally, you have 10+ years of relevant work experience; managing digital media campaigns and hands-on trafficking campaigns, including knowledge of 3rd party tracking (DCM, Adjust, etc.)

  • 5+ years people management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

  • Ability to negotiate and effectively influence internal and external parties

  • Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel domain knowledge

  • You are able to quickly identify new opportunities

  • Familiarity with the fantasy sports, online sports betting, iGaming or NFTs/crypto is a plus
