Digital Marketing Manager

The strategy behind the game. 

DraftKings is looking for an energetic self-starter to lead retention & acquisition efforts on paid social & programmatic. As part of the Channel Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns across DraftKings products. You will serve as a leader in the space, bringing best-in-class strategies aimed at growing user LTV & acquiring net new users to the DraftKings portfolio.   

What you’ll do as Digital Marketing Manager :

  • Develop remarketing strategies across paid social and programmatic for all DK products. This includes developing a strategy, setting up campaigns, analysis, and optimizations

  • Owning user acquisition for DraftKings product(s) on paid social  & programmatic channels. Driving the marketing strategy - including the media plan, promotions & creative strategy, spend forecasting, test & learn agenda.

  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on long term vision, cross-platform strategies and measurement approach to scale the channel for success

  • Conduct thorough analyses and derive findings to optimize campaigns on a daily basis and impact long term channel approach

  • Collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing execution (Integrated Marketing, Creative, Product Ops, Analytics, etc)

  • Serving as a digital marketing expert - having a close ear to changes/innovations in the marketing landscape to ensure success over the long term.

  • Serving as an industry expert - having a pulse on what competitors are executing on Paid Social channels.

What Skills You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media planning/buying, preferably with a technology company or client

  • You are a data-driven, strategic thinker with a drive for results

  • Experience advancing media buying tactics as new ad technology develops, and is up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the social & programmatic space.

  • Excels conducting analysis on acquisition and ad buying to deliver ROI—including A/B testing.

  • Deep marketing acumen - understanding creative/messaging, campaign types to best deliver both brand awareness & new user acquisition

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, market-leading tooling, mobile measurement platforms, and best practices mobile performance marketing.

  • Proven ability to deliver complex, long-term strategic project work while balancing day-to-day responsibilities

  • You thrive in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
