What skills you will use:

  • 3+ years of managerial experience with several teams in Agile environment;

  • Work experience with cross-geographically dispersed agile teams;

  • Familiarity with Agile at Scale frameworks;

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals;

  • Proactivity, common sense, and analytical mindset;

  • Good understanding of the Agile methodology and its principles;

  • Experience in managing expectations and providing reliable timeframes to stakeholders;

  • Good level of written and spoken English (upper-intermediate and above);

  • Strong communication and presentation skills;

  • Willingness to face great professional challenges in the environment with high degree of uncertainty and pace of priority changes;

 

The following skills could be a plus:

  • Understanding of extreme ownership and empowerment principles;

  • Good Sportsbook domain understanding;

  • Strong tech background and willingness to improve it (APIs, Kubernetes, Kafka, etc.);

Responsibilities

What you’ll do as a Delivery Manager in the Betting vertical:

  • Manage delivery of Betting vertical (5-6 teams);

  • Responsible for successful product delivery in committed time frames;

  • Manage the expectations, ensure efficiency and transparency;

  • Support and continuously improve the Agile processes inside the vertical;

  • Manage and facilitate a team of 2 Agile PMs (3 teams each);

  • Play a key role in the creation of Product Roadmap, work closely with POs and Architects;

  • Facilitate the timely requirements gathering from business / technical stakeholders;

  • Perform regular Sprint’s analysis to recommend improvements and implement them;

  • Manage release cycles including regression/rollout phase;

  • Identify and remove blockers and dependencies;

  • Report and escalate to management as needed;

  • Work with other Delivery Managers and groups to identify dependencies, plan initiatives, and deliver on larger product goals.

  • Balance resources, time, and scope to deliver on very high-quality standards.
