Customer Experience Senior Associate

We’re growing rapidly and looking for a Customer Experience Associate to be the primary point of contact for our Sportsbook product, answering customer questions and advocating across the company. This role will be based on the Casino Queen in East St. Louis, MO

What you’ll do as a Customer Experience Senior Associate:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by building trust, solving problems, and displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the DraftKings products.

  • Serve as a single point of contact for the DraftKings mobile sportsbook, resolving all issues, questions, incidents, complaints, etc. in a timely and professional manner and to the complete satisfaction of the customer.

  • Effectively communicate with our customers via phone and in person at a DraftKings retail sportsbook.

  • Own and handle escalated situations with our customers.

  • Promote the DraftKings brand through effective communication skills while being a relentless customer advocate across the company. 

What you'll bring:      

  • You’ll have prior call center, retail, or in-person customer service experience.

  •  Ability to work weeknights and weekends due to varying shifts, which includes 5 days of work with 2 days off.  

  • Competence with Zendesk (or other ticketing processor systems) and Microsoft Office product suite.

  • Competence and confidence in supporting mobile technology troubleshooting with intermediate technical resolution skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate inter-departmentally.  

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
