Consumer Product Marketing Manager (Loyalty & VIP)

We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Consumer Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for major new product and loyalty launches. This role is accountable for critical moments at DraftKings by setting objectives, designing and building integrated marketing campaigns, mobilizing stakeholders, and executing across all stages of the marketing funnel in a manner that attracts and engages prospects and customers, with a strong focus on high-value users, while exceeding business goals.  Sound good to you? What you’ll do as a Consumer Product Marketing Manager:

  • Assist the loyalty team in bringing their vision to life through strong marketing campaigns that win with our existing high net worth customers while directing a long-term vision to be the best in the market.

  • Orchestrate the cross-functional execution of assigned launches ensuring partners across the business and in key functional roles (VIP, loyalty legal, compliance) have the context, tools, and direction necessary to execute and amplify campaign objectives. 

  • Manage proactive planning workflows, development of “big bet” learning agenda items, and consistently updating forward-looking planning calendars.

  • Utilize data analyses, consumer insights, and your understanding of relevant macro trends to design offerings that achieve intended objectives. 

  • Ensure we’re developing best practices within our departments on our creative that increases asset conversion rates and throughput velocity.

  • Generate competitive insights to focus integrated marketing growth strategies geared towards loyalty & high-value users leveraging research centers-of-excellence within DraftKings.

  • Synthesize launch performance results into compelling insights to drive continuous improvement through dotted line management of a dedicated analytics team. 

What you’ll bring:   

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, focusing on high-value clientele marketing or loyalty program marketing.

  • An obsession about prospective & existing high net worth customer journeys and understanding the needs and behaviors that influence those journeys.

  • Strategic marketing experience in the high net worth space with the desire to lead and influence through creative and analytical exercises. 

  • Experience building out campaigns across channels grounded in data and consumer insights, with particular strengths in digital marketing (organic social, growth marketing, paid search, CRM).

  • A high level of initiative and ability to coordinate efforts across diverse functional groups.

  • Desire to leverage storytelling to communicate highly complex ideas in a compelling, digestible manner.

  • Ability to use data to uncover opportunities, track content and promotion performance, and drive decision-making in a systematic way.

  • Knowledge and experience with marketing towards high-value users, loyalty programs, and online gaming is a must.
