The Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA (remote or office based) is responsible for designing, assessing, and aligning the consistency of compensation and benefits programs for our locations across Europe . 

In this role, you will provide insight, leadership, and support, within the scope of our Total Rewards Programs, primarily within Europe. You will execute, oversee, and monitor all Rewards-related guidance regarding European Policies, benefits & compensation. You’ll partner within our team to maintain and align a variety of Rewards programs and policies across all business divisions active in Europe.  Sound good to you? Join us. 

What you’ll do as a Compensation Manager:

  • Partner with US teams on compensation and benefits analyses and recommendations for business opportunities and work with various stakeholders as needed.

  • Oversee compensation programs or benefit/allowance projects that support the business (EMEA Benefits, EMEA Merit Increase, Bonus, and Equity Grant Guidelines).

  • Develop a consistent compensation framework that matches our work and organization.

  • Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks and market trends.

  • Document and ensure compensation practices follow compliance with current laws and regulations.

  • Assist in budget planning and projection development with Finance.

  • Ensure the accuracy of all European Rewards policies.

  • Assist with the setup and monitor the consistency of country-specific Rewards policies.

  • Participate in workstreams and project management for various programs, Compensation Market Assessment and Annual Year-End Compensation Review, Benefits Program Management and Annual Renewals, Performance Management, Total Rewards Annual Calendar, Communications, etc.

What you’ll bring:   

  • University Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum 6 years of European Reward experience setting up and maintaining key HR processes and workstreams.

  • ​Compensation & Benefits experience within UK or/and Ireland.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Compensation frameworks and Benefits Program management, ideally in our primary locations.

  • Experience using Workday is preferred.

  • Fluent in English; speaking local languages is a plus but not necessary.

  • Demonstrated experience in understanding market practices, compensation and benefits design and administration, and thriving in a fast-paced, decentralized, matrixed, global environment.
