We are growing a dynamic team and are searching for a Senior Gaming Operations Associate to help build and maintain strong and long-lasting supplier relationships. When joining us, you’ll be the key point of contact for our suppliers while managing and configuring new gaming content. What you’ll do as a Senior Gaming Operations Associate:
Centralize new game releases from the suppliers and relay essential information in a comprehensive package to relevant internal units.
Ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions according to the Casino Units and its partner suppliers.
Maintain a hands-on responsibility of configuring supplier content on the Casino product in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
Introduce new and existing functionalities and products to relevant teams internally and within our customer’s organization.
Ensure credibility with clients by maintaining a detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitor products.
Hold meetings with internal teams where expectations and goals are shared, i.e., delivery, CRM, marketing, compliance, and product.
What you’ll bring:
Have 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, technical support person, or in a similar position within an online software company. Experience in online gaming companies is a plus.
Strong technical and business orientation skills.
Have outstanding verbal and written organizational, presentation, and multi-tasking skills.
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide a quick resolution to problems.
Have an excellent customer service approach.
