Casino Game Design Manager, New Ventures

Be the strategy behind the game.

We’re looking for a Casino Game Design Manager to join our iGaming team, which oversees one of our non-sports lines of business. This role will assist in creating and managing engaging content for our casino customers, focusing on adding new products to our games portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. Our company is agile and values transparency, autonomy, work ethic, collaboration, and an appetite to learn. If this sounds good to you, we hope you’ll join us.

What you’ll do as a Casino Game Design Manager:

  • Design policies and procedures for casino-related content and write detailed descriptions that enable the ground-up creation of digital casino games.

  • Research regulations, taking into account the launch of current and future products.

  • Test game builds at all stages of development and troubleshoot applications on various devices.

  • Translate land-based casino concepts into digital environments while ensuring the essence of casino play is not lost in translation.

  • Manage the release of new games into the DraftKings Casino ecosystem.

  • Track and manage progress and milestones across multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, and other stakeholders to break down high-level projects into product specification documents.

  • Collaborate with Production and Development teams to deliver a completed final product.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to recommend, implement, and evaluate campaigns that drive improved game performance on casino games.

  • Assist in measuring the performance of each game, compare game performances, and set KPI metrics for additional products.

  • Assist team members in implementing optimal project management processes to improve overall team efficiency and delivery success rates.

  • Ensure the proper procedures are implemented and followed when a game is won.

  • Leverage domain expertise to provide strategic input and implement process and line of business improvements.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience within the casino or gaming industry.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.

  • An understanding and passion for casino games and gameplay.

  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence your internal peers and external business partners to drive change and innovation.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key marketing metrics, the ability to recognize how they impact the business and translate those insights into achievable action.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This position can sit in either Las Vegas or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
