Automation QA Engineer

We’re looking for a  QA Engineer to be part of our team developing a complex multi-tier product involving client and server-side software. When you join us, you’ll use a cutting-edge tool-set to deliver high-quality products. You’ll also create and maintain manual test cases, build apps, and maintain content management configurations. What you’ll do as a QA Engineer:

  • Participate in daily activities and ceremonies in the team.

  • Perform test executions on different areas of the native applications.

  • Build apps and maintain content management configurations.

  • Provide preliminary logs from both native apps and the web to assist the development team.

  • Create, verify, and manage tickets in Jira.

 
What you’ll bring: 

  • 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.

  • Create and maintain automated test projects, following the company's standards and best practices.

  • You will apply your knowledge of methodologies and testing techniques while creating scenarios for automation.

  • You will apply your QA automation skills in an agile software development environment.

  • Your experience of writing code in at least one of the following: C# , Java, Python, JavaScript (Current IDE: VS2019).

  • Experience with Jenkins is considered as an advantage.

  • API testing experience is an advantage.

  • You will be implementing automation scenarios using Gherkin / Cucumber or other BDD framework knowledge.

  • Assist the team to oversee problematic areas, underestimated risks, scopes, and bottlenecks.

  • Working proactively within the company and interacting with a wide range of employees to distribute best practices.

  • English for verbal and written communication.
