Associate Project Manager, Creative Operations

We are in search of an Associate Project Manager to join the Creative Operations team with a focus on digital marketing and supporting integrated campaigns.  In this position, you will work closely with Creative Operations leads, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, track, manage and drive all steps in the project lifecycle.  Sound good to you? What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes throughout the project lifecycle

  • Partner with core Program/Project Management team to

    • Extract accurate, actionable detail from high-level strategic plans

    • Anticipate campaign support required by Channels

    • Troubleshoot and propose solutions for project obstacles

    • Assist with day-to-day management of the Daily Fantasy Sports Squad

  • Ensure that projects launch on-time, deliver to expectation, within scope and on budget

    • Assess, resource and budget projects from creative grooming meetings

    • Keep self, creative partners and stakeholders organized while prioritizing a wide scope of projects

    • Manage expectations internally regarding resourcing, timelines, risks, and reviews/approvals

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal workstreams across functions

  • Practice critical thinking in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 1-3 years of creative project management or trafficking experience

  • Experience building and maintaining Project Management materials, such as status documents, resourcing plans, and schedules is required

  • Experience or exposure to Project Management tools (such as workflow software, resource planning, project dashboards, etc.) is preferred

  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (Google Docs, MS Office, MS Project, Wrike, Slack)

  • Experience working in an Agency or related Marketing team setting is preferred

  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban and Waterfall is preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in digital campaign support
