Associate Content Strategy Manager, Marketplace

We’re seeking a Content Strategist for our newest vertical, DraftKings Marketplace, the NFT ecosystem designed for mainstream accessibility.  We are looking for a rock star content strategist who will work hand-in-hand with our brand strategy and revenue operations teams to develop our current Marketplace positioning and identity to propel us to the next level.  This is a crucial role within our Marketplace Revenue Operations team for DraftKings Marketplace. The NFT space has never been more exciting, and we hope you’ll join us. 

What you’ll do as a Content Strategist, Marketplace:

  • Define content strategy for collections and drops across the marketplace's revenue streams.

  • Analyze opportunities to optimize the branding of existing campaigns for long-term improvement.

  • Partner with the Revenue Operations team to define consumer segment targets that drive toward revenue goal achievement.

  • Work closely with Go-to-Market and channel teams by translating high-level strategy and positioning into defined deliverables such as messaging for landing pages, product pages, and other go-to-market materials.

  • Drive a research plan with the product and consumer research teams.

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the NFT, crypto, and broader Web3 ecosystem, understanding overall cultural and consumer trends and evaluating competitor and partner brand activity.

  • Develop and define measurement plans for short and long-term brand goals and KPIs.

  • Partner with the analytics team to build reports that allow for measurement tracking.

  • Work with Business Development Operations teams to develop and manage relationships within the Web3 community to create co-marketing opportunities.

What you’ll bring:   

  • 5+ years experience combined in a brand or advertising role for a technology or Web3 company or agency

  • Customer-focused view and strong understanding of what the Marketplace customer wants.

  • Knowledge and passion for NFTs, crypto, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

  • A data-driven background with the ability to think strategically and excel at creatively solving problems.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
