DraftKings is looking for an energetic self-starter to lead CRM retargeting efforts in paid digital, spanning paid social and programmatic channels. As part of the Channel Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns across DraftKings products. You will serve as a leader in the space, bringing best-in-class strategies aimed at growing user LTV.

What you’ll do as a CRM Retargeting Manager:

  • Own paid digital strategies across paid social and programmatic aimed at retaining and monetizing our current user base.
  • Work closely with Analytics to cohort users from the CRM database and identify key segments for retargeting.
  • Hit aggressive ROAS targets by closely managing campaign performance, budgets, and bid strategies to maximize efficiency and increase user LTV.
  • Execute and manage paid social campaigns for all DK products. This includes developing a strategy, setting up campaigns, analysis, and optimizations.
  • Influence the tech roadmap and internally lead the shift toward an automated data-driven buying approach for the retargeting channel.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on long term vision, cross-platform strategies and measurement approach to scale the channel for success
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on paid social platforms including Facebook, and have a deep understanding of the programmatic channel.

What skills you will use:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media buying, preferably with a technology company or client
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns with paid social platforms.
  • Keen understanding of retargeting strategies, with a strong background leveraging CRM data to develop, execute and optimize paid media efforts across channels.
  • Experience advancing media buying tactics as new ad technology develops, and is up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid digital channels
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, long-term strategic project work while balancing day-to-day responsibilities
