The People Operations Manager will partner cross-functionally to develop, define, and deliver services and standardized processes to the organization. We’re adding to a People Operation team that cares deeply about user experience and driving operational excellence. What you’ll do as a People Operations Manager:

  • Establish a culture of operational excellence through collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, IT, Legal, and Compliance, building and maintaining scalable processes and programs along the way.
  • Ensure that necessary changes and frequent audits are made to our policies, procedures, and shared drives.
  • Lead a cross-functional global team; communicate best practices with stakeholders to ensure seamless roll-out and adoption.
  • Evaluate results against KPIs and metrics.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the talent market as it pertains to technology, best practices, and market change.
  • Participate in global system implementation project teams from discovery through go-live date.

What skills you will use:

  • Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree along with 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources or Operations function, preferably within a company experiencing hyper-growth.
  • You have a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and can demonstrate how to effectively build trust cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience challenging the norm and tackling complex problems.
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to influence peers through timely critical thinking.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative spirit with a passion for process improvement.
  • System implementation experience; WorkDay preferred.
