Shape a rapidly scaling organization.
We are looking to add a Compliance Training Manager to our team. The Compliance Training Manager will primarily be responsible for the Compliance and Regulatory Training Program, which includes developing, maintaining and presenting educational and training materials for audiences across all departments. Duties will also include managing the relationship with our training vendors, and monitoring, tracking and reporting of adherence to compliance training requirements.

What you’ll do as a Compliance Training Manager:

  • Develop and deliver training programs through a blended learning approach (classroom, virtual, computer-based training, hands-on etc.) to impart compliance knowledge.
  • Adjust training delivery methods to ensure that DraftKings is training effectively in line with external requirements, operational priorities, and best practices.
  • Assign appropriate training courses based on employee roles and responsibilities.
  • Design, enhance, document, maintain, and present educational and training curriculum across departments.
  • Prepare reports to Executive Management and Compliance Committee regarding the status of training initiatives, including effectiveness measures.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Regulatory Operations, Legal, and Responsible Gaming teams to identify training initiatives based on testing results and investigation findings.
  • Some travel to offices for in-person trainings is required.

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities; able to hold people accountable.
  • At least five years of professional experience in the development and delivery of training materials and programs.
  • Compliance-specific training experience preferred.
