We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Director who can regulatory operations roadmap across our organization and partner with various departments to successfully launch our products in new states. As the head of our Regulatory Operations team, you will oversee day-to-day operations in addition to leading the development of internal policies needed to execute new regulatory operations strategies. What you’ll do as a Director of Regulatory Operations:

  • You will serve as the primary contact for multi-jurisdiction launches, providing support, guidance, and mentorship for the Regulatory Operations team.
  • Partner with Government Relations to stay abreast of any changes in regulatory requirements.
  • Review new regulations on a state-by-state basis, assign states to members of a team of direct reports and perform gap analysis to facilitate the creation and submission of the internal controls.
  • Interpret final legislation and regulation to extract operational requirements, particularly where they differ from existing capabilities and identify solutions to non-standard or ad hoc tasks.
  • Document procedures for state regulations to supporting teams such as Customer Service and Fraud on state specific requirements.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the compilation and delivery of periodic ad hoc reports for regulators and partners and maintain a tracking system of deliverables.
  • Assist the Marketing and the Legal teams with promotional submissions to regulators/licensees. 

What skills you will use:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master's preferred.
  • Experience in online gaming is preferred; knowledge of state, federal, and gaming regulations is a must.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and international gaming as well as applicable financial laws preferred.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Strong managerial, leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • You will be required to become licensed through applicable gaming commissions.
