We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Ireland site to business partner with employees based in London, Dublin & Tel Aviv.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A HR BUSINESS PARTNER

  • Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business
  • Be the face of HR for Ireland, UK and Israel; represent companywide people and cultural philosophies and priorities
  • Support organizational change management projects, communications and transition plans
  • Drive people processes and ensure compliance to global practices and policies
  • Work closely with the company’s L&D and C&B teams and execute global plans.
  • Support managers in resource and succession planning
  • Maximize people experience and facilitate organization’s enhancement plans
  • Act as a single point of the consulting contact for the employees and managers in the respectful location
  • Actively search, explore and support the implementation of innovative HR practices within the organization

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL USE

  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Previous experience in a technological company
  • Previous experience in a global, complex organization – significant advantage
  • Strong influencing skills and proven success in establishing credibility with senior leaders.
  • Familiar with best practice people processes and experienced in coaching managers
  • Experience working in a complex, matrix, multicultural global environment
  • Works independently, proactively initiating and leading the HR agenda
  • Effectively plans ahead to implement a strategy to execution
  • Able to work according to deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
  • Ability to generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented
  • Excellent attention to details
