The strategy behind the game.
We’re growing rapidly and are searching for an analyst who can help us monitor and review account activity for new and existing customers, ensuring responsible gaming practices across our entire platform. Your goal will be to ensure that any signs of potentially harmful behaviors are identified and action is taken where appropriate. This may include complex escalations to creative problem-solve alongside the VIP, Customer Services, and Fraud teams, as this position will provide second line support to these teams. What you’ll do as an Player Protection Analyst:

  • You will serve as the first point of escalation for all Player Protection cases and queries from other department teams.
  • Analyze and review player communications, limits, and deposit/withdrawal patterns to assess if the user is at risk for Responsible Gaming.
  • Make strategic decisions on users’ accounts based on the level of problematic gambling.
  • Communicate with at-risk users with decisions and providing responsible gaming resources to users with problematic gambling.
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring reports, compliance logs, and alerts.
  • Assist in compiling reports for multiple regulatory boards and submitting the necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in drafting and managing site content relating to responsible gaming, including but not limited to Responsible Gaming Procedures and Policies, Terms, and Conditions.
  • Work with various team members to create operational tasks determined by policies and procedures relating to Responsible Gaming.

What skills you will use:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business or related field from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Online gaming experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to think analytically to provide solutions to complex situations.
  • Effective time management skills; ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of and/or experience with the Responsible Gaming Space, Compulsive Gambling Programs, or Gambling Addiction specialty.
  • Ability to analyze and document necessary business processes.
  • You are able to multitask and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • A strong knowledge of regulatory changes and requirements for Responsible Gaming.
