Support integrations of potential acquisitions as we revolutionize the sports entertainment industry.
We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Manager of M&A Integration who will partner with the Director of M&A Integration and other team leadership to support the development of integration strategies and plans. What you’ll do as a Manager of M&A Integration:

  • Develop key pieces of analysis and work product to support overall integration (such as synergy modeling and tracking).
  • Track and communicate progress against integration goals and success measures, supporting leadership in anticipating issues and identifying solutions in advance of deadlines.
  • Partner with functional stakeholders to ensure process against integration plans.
  • Support management of integration risks by identifying cross-functional issues and dependencies.
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with senior leadership on the Strategic Initiatives team, focusing on most critical business issues and proposing solutions vs. identifying problems.
  • Help ensure integration is aligned with DraftKings’ overall strategic priorities through frequent assessment of goals and progress.

What skills you will use:

  • Ideally, you have 3-5 years of related professional experience (such as corporate development, corporate strategy, consulting, finance).
  • Experience in or around M&A transactions and integration planning and execution (either as an advisor or in-house).
  • Ability to contribute to solving key business challenges by focusing on the most important work product.
  • You have a strong analytical skillset with the ability to evaluate and draw strategic insights out of a variety of data sets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaboratively supporting the Director of M&A Integration.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Prior experience in corporate development or M&A integration at a fast-growing technology company is a plus.
