We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Regulatory Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced and exciting work environment. When you join our team, you will work cross-functionally to maintain regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and international levels, and document procedures for supporting teams. What you’ll do as a Regulatory Operations Specialist:

  • Review new regulations on a state-by-state basis and perform gap analysis to facilitate the creation and submission of the internal controls.
  • You will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as third-party providers, partners, and regulators.
  • You will act as first point of contact with partners and regulators on day-to-day operational queries.
  • Assist the Gaming Operations, Compliance, and Product teams with launches in new jurisdictions.
  • Partner with the Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the compilation and delivery of periodic ad hoc reports for regulators and partners.
  • Assist with promotional submissions.
  • Monitor and own all technical and operational incidents affecting the platform to ensure timely resolution and proper reporting to stakeholders.

What skills you will use:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in online gaming is preferred.
  • Must have executive poise and presence to interface across functions and level.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and international gaming laws as well as applicable financial laws is preferred. Willingness to learn is required.
  • You have experience working with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
