Contribute to a game-changing team.
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to play a key role in setting the vision, defining success, and establishing the strategic framework to guide DraftKings’ Brand Experience along the consumer journey. A successful candidate will create value for our players through a multitude of touchpoints that in return, drives relevance, recommendation intent, engagement, and growth.

What you’ll do as a Brand Manager (Marketing):

  • Authors briefs and works with creative teams to bring campaigns, activations, and content (that deliver proof of our point of view and brand positioning) to market.
  • Partner with Live Events team to create unforgettable can’t-miss-experiences for our players.
  • Contributes to quarterly brand planning process and develops creative strategy for promotional periods.
  • Coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Work closely with Brand Insights and Analytics to identify opportunities, take smart risks, innovate, and optimize.
  • Drive brand strategy alignment across the organization with senior management, key stakeholders, and outside collaborators.
  • Collaborates with Sales team for sponsorship opportunities.

What skills you will use:

  • 5+ years of working experience with a combination of brand marketing and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential & social) and creative/content development process.
  • Experience developing award-winning brand activations for major B-to-C brands.
  • Ability to see big picture and zoom in and out of details; can balance strategic and executional.
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get the work – big and small – done.
