The strategy behind the game.
We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a self-starter with a strong background in large-scale user acquisition and media buying analysis across App, Mobile Web, and Desktop. You will be an integral part of the Acquisition team and will take a leadership role for all of our products—planning and executing UA campaigns across multiple sports and products to meet quarterly goals. What you’ll do as a Manager of Growth Marketing:

  • Drive marketing strategy for display and programmatic channels, including testing and offer strategy, spend forecasting, and a constant evaluation of media buying tactics, tooling, and platforms. 
  • Identify opportunities and changes to strategy in the quickly-evolving programmatic space that will drive long term success.
  • Manage media buys through the seasonal sporting calendar to efficiently drive new customer acquisition KPIs via our internal demand-side platform and managed external demand-side platforms.
  • Lead our Sportsbook & Casino to market in newly legalized States on programmatic channels.
  • Work with our Analytics team on proprietary algorithms that fuel our in-house demand-side platform.
  • Partner with our Marketing Platform product team to roll out tooling that makes your team more productive in their daily work.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and analysis of new ad units and creative tactics to drive continuous improvement and maximize performance.
  • Lead and motivate a growing team with emotional intelligence and grit.

What skills you will use:

  • Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, and ad buying using a variety of different strategies (in-house demand-side platform, direct traffic sources -- GDN; managing an agency, etc).
  • 1+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • Experience in advancing media buying tactics as the ad technology develops.
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web attribution.
  • Familiarity conducting analysis on acquisition and ad buying to deliver ROI—including A/B testing alternatives and identifying fraud.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, market-leading tooling, mobile measurement platforms, and best practices of mobile performance marketing.
  • You are analytically minded, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify trends within data sets
