The strategy behind the game.
We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Manager of Consumer Product Marketing to lead our go-to-market strategy for major new product launches, new state launches, and roughly 2 annual tentpole moments. You’ll play a vital role in making some of our biggest moments of the year successful (e.g. the Super Bowl) through setting objectives, designing and building integrated marketing campaigns, mobilizing cross-functional stakeholders, and executing efficiently across all stages of the marketing funnel. What you’ll do as a Manager of Consumer Product Marketing:

  • Orchestrate the cross-functional execution of major moments ensuring partners across the business have the tools and direction necessary to execute campaign objectives.
  • You will ensure there is a cohesive consumer experience throughout the entire campaign journey.
  • Drive mid-range and longer-term strategy through proactively planning workflows, developing “big bet” learning agenda items, and updating the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month calendars.
  • Utilize data analysis, consumer insights, and your understanding of relevant macro trends to design offerings that achieve intended tentpole and state objectives.
  • Institute ever-increasing standards of excellence writing creative briefs that direct internal creative teams and external agencies to bring business intent to life.
  • Design message tests and learning agendas for each major moment and state launch.
  • Generate customer, market, and competitive insights to focus integrated marketing growth strategies.
  • As a marketing leader, you will also interpret state laws at a high level (what types of promos we can/can't offer, what markets we can/can't offer, etc), properly evaluate competitive landscape for a launch scenario, and develop tactics that win big on customer acquisition and product cross-sell.

What skills you will use:

  • Ideally, you have 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • You embrace a day-to-day flex between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • You are a servant leader who actively seeks out ways to elevate others and thrives in a matrixed, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track performance, and drive decision making.
  • You have experience building out campaigns across channels, with particular strengths in digital marketing grounded in data and consumer insights (PR, growth, CRM, social, etc.).
  • You have very strong project management skills and relevant experience.
  • You enjoy and even prefer working on highly ambiguous projects where you are expected to test hypotheses and stand up best practices that don’t necessarily exist today.
  • You are an avid sports fan. Knowledge of and experience with Daily Fantasy, Online Casinos, and Sportsbooks a must.
