The DraftKings Influencer Marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated self-starter to join the growing team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Influencer & Third-Party Content projects, from strategic planning through delivery. This person will help ensure all departments are aligned to the project plan and establish a well communicated path to launch.

What you’ll do as an Influencer Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including framing the campaign strategy, prospecting and vetting talent, managing contract deliverables, and more.
  • Close coordination with cross-functional influencer team (inclusive of Growth, CRM, PR, Social, Promotions) to create cohesive marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics team to effectively track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs.
  • Innovate and advocate for new ways to expand our influencer marketing initiatives, as well as identify ways to partner with other teams to utilize creative/strategic assets.
  • Prospecting and identification of strategic opportunities for vendors, agencies, and emerging influencer platforms.

What skills you will use:

  • 4-5 years digital marketing experience, specifically in the Influencer marketing space.
  • Strategic self-starter with a proven track record of driving projects from conception through implementation.
  • Social Media proficiency. Active user across established and emerging platforms.
  • Experience on global brands, activating influencers for multi-platform campaigns.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing space and Brand/Business KPI’s.
  • Culturally attuned. Tapped into culture and key influencers across categories, in and outside of sports (i.e. Music, Fashion, Comedy).
