Lead integrations of potential acquisitions as we revolutionize the sports entertainment industry.
We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Director of M&A Integration to lead integration efforts and define an overall integration thesis and plan while partnering with cross-functional leadership. When you join our team, you will own the integration plan execution and lead risk identification and mitigation. If you have a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manage and influence cross-functionally, we think you’ll be a great fit at DraftKings.

What you’ll do as a Director of M&A Integration:

  • Develop overall integration strategy and translate into needs of the business.
  • Define, track, and communicate integration goals.
  • Partner with functional leads to ensure successful integration.
  • Actively manage integration risks by identifying cross-functional issues and dependencies and creating effective solutions.
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with senior leadership on the Strategic Initiatives team and DraftKings executive team, focusing on most critical business issues and proposing solutions for identified problems.
  • Ensure integration is aligned with DraftKings’ overall strategic priorities through frequent assessment of goals and progress.

What skills you will use:

  • 8+ years of related professional experience (such as corporate development, corporate strategy, consulting, finance).
  • Experience in or around M&A transactions and integration planning and execution (either as an advisor or in-house).
  • Understanding of and ability to resolve complex business issues.
  • Strong analytical background and ability to manage analysts.
  • Strong organization and process management.
  • Ability to work independently while being guided by a senior integration leader
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Prior experience in corporate development or M&A integration at a fast-growing technology company is a plus.
